Photo shots' evaluation

Yesterday mama and I attended the evaluation of the photo shots during last Studio and LOcation Lighting Workshop. One of my pictures submitted for evaluation has been selected as one of the best 5 prints. Being selected, I will be given an opportunity for a studio shoot crash course sort of. I must thank Mr.Ted aka Uncle Ted for giving me this opportunity.Uncle Ted has been a good teacher. I hope I can be like him one day.

Mama taught me how to pan
|
|
Mama wanted me to try panning so I tried. It was last Sunday under hot sun at Dengkil-Sepang road..It was really a very tiring day. Mama taught me how to adjust the shutter speed. and the correct way to pan. Whenever there were oncoming cars, motorbikes, buses and lorries mama asked me to try out the panning technique...I tried and it was not easy...

Around the house in the early Saturday morning

Last saturday, mama had asked me to look up for some nature subject for my school project in the garden. I could not find anything interesting, there's no snails in the garden except for some unkept garden with full of dying plants.Last time before mama has the passion in photography, mama loves gardening and crazy on wild orchids especially the tiger orchird. Baba had sent mama as far as to Gunung Jerai just looking for that rare plants.Now I see all of mama's collection are dried and dying...so in the garden I could not find really interesting subjects to capture..see to believe it...

Celebration of New Year in Islamic Calender

Muharram is the first month in Islamic Calender. My school celebrated the New Year this morning. It was my first official assigment to capture the event.I wish to thank Madame Noraikha for giving me the opportunity to be the photograher of the day. Thank you teacher....
